Raise purchase orders either for delivery into your own warehouse to replenish stock or for your supplier to dropship directly to your customer. Once your supplier confirms that items have been dispatched, an advance ship notice (ASN) is returned. Once they raise an invoice, the document is created automatically in Sage Intacct. You can also keep track of your supplier’s inventory levels and optionally update a virtual warehouse in Sage Intacct.

Purchase Order
The push of Purchase Order from Sage Intacct to SPS
Purchase Acknowledgement
Push PO Acknowledgement from SPS to Sage Intacct by updating the status of PO & adding additional info to custom fields of PO.
Invoice
The invoice will get pushed from SPS to Sage Intacct.
ASN
Shipment will get pushed from SPS to Sage Intacct.
Change Order
When there is a Change Order on PO, the same will get updated from Sage Intacct to SPS.
Order Status Report
The status of an order is sent from Sage Intacct to SPS in response to a trading partner requesting the information.
Order Cancellation
Order Cancellation from Sage Intacct gets pushed to SPS.

HOW IT WORKS:
Orders
New purchases from your trading partners are created in Sage Intacct as sales orders, automatically reserving available inventory.
Orders Acknowledgement
When a new order is fully allocated, the order is accepted in SPS Commerce. Alternatively, the order can be rejected or back-ordered.
Advance Ship Notice
When items are shipped in Brightpearl an ASN is sent to SPS notifying your trading partner of the dispatched items and tracking details.
Invoice
When sales orders are invoiced in Sage Intacct, the invoice document is created in SPS.
Inventory Advice
Update connected retailers with your on-hand inventory levels.
Order Status Report
The status of an order is sent from Sage Intacct to SPS in response to a trading partner requesting the information.
Warehouse Shipping Advice
If you use a third-party warehouse to fulfill your orders, Sage Intacct will be updated when they confirm dispatch.
