APIWORX is a managed commerce iPaaS for Sage Intacct. We connect your storefronts to Sage Intacct, and then we run the integration for you — monitoring it, working the exceptions, and fixing what breaks. It is not a tool you stand up and forget.

If you sell on Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce, the pattern is familiar. Orders land in the cart. Someone exports them. Someone else keys them into Sage Intacct, or a sync runs overnight and half of it fails quietly. Inventory drifts because a warehouse transfer happened outside the cart. At month end, the payout from your payment processor does not tie to the revenue you booked, and someone spends two days finding out why.

We take that over. Your storefront data flows into Sage Intacct on a schedule that matches how the objects actually behave — real-time for orders, hourly for inventory, daily for settlements. Webhooks are backed by reconciliation polling, so a dropped event becomes a delayed record instead of a missing one. When something does fail, it lands in a typed exception queue with the payload, the failing field, and a retryable verdict — worked by our team, not buried in an inbox.

Orders carry line items, taxes, discounts, and shipping address. Customers carry the tax-exempt flag. Refunds preserve restock and reason-code mapping end to end. Settlements bring payouts, fees, and reserves through to the GL.
