Armanino’s custom solution adds additional capacity, allows users to auto-sync a larger number of contacts and a larger amount of contact information on opportunity pages.
    • View Corresponding Transactions: Out of the box, users cannot view corresponding transactions within Salesforce and Intacct in the same window. Armanino developed a solution that enables users to open Salesforce from within Intacct in the same window to cross check transactions.
    • Link Opportunity Status to Invoices: Out of the box, users cannot see a change in opportunity status from Salesforce on an invoice housed within Intacct. Armanino created a custom workflow to allow Salesforce edits to opportunity status to sync to Intacct invoices.
    • Other Customization Requests: Armanino can also address other customization requests including streamlined payment processing and auto-synchronizing transactions.
