Billy Vendor Compliance for Sage Intacct

Billy automates subcontractor compliance for construction teams by connecting vendor prequalification, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9s, and business licenses with Sage Intacct. Teams can verify compliance status before approving payments.

Vendor prequalification is included in Billy: subcontractors are vetted and onboarded, and their vendor records sync into Sage Intacct without duplicate data entry. Billy then keeps global compliance and contract-level compliance current in Sage Intacct, writing status, expiration dates, and requirements to the matching vendor and Purchase Order / Subcontract records.

Data syncs between systems automatically, keeping vendor, contract, and compliance records aligned.

How Billy and Sage Intacct Work Together
Billy manages the complexity of subcontractor compliance while Sage Intacct remains the financial system of record.

At the global level, vendors sync bi-directionally between Billy and Sage Intacct, and global compliance status is written back to the vendor record. At the project level, projects flow from Sage Intacct into Billy, and vendor contract compliance is written to the matching Purchase Orders and Subcontracts. The result is fewer handoffs, fewer errors, and confidence that every payment is backed by verified compliance.

Requirements:

Integrating with this application requires you to use the tech partner's sender ID. By using the tech partner's SenderID, you do not need to buy a web services developer license from Sage and your API usage will not count towards your API performance tier.  Using this integration also requires that you purchase Sage Intacct Construction and Real Estate (CRE) with the Compliance module.
