Time, Labor & Work Orders, dimensional job costing integrated with Sage Intacct
Findd's Sage Intacct integration is a certified, REST-API connector that synchronizes job, cost code, cost type, and employee dimension data from Sage Intacct into Findd's time and attendance platform. Field employees clock in via Findd's biometric/offline-first mobile and kiosk apps, code time against the same Sage Intacct dimensions in real time, and Findd then forwards approved time to the customer's payroll provider.

Findd captures time the same way: who worked, at which site, on what job or task, at what rate. Real-time job and project costing. For construction and facility services, labor is the dominant piece of COGS, and stale labor data means you find out a job is underwater after it's over. Compliance that's right before it hits finance. Prevailing wage, job based overtime, multi-rate classifications — Findd captures the correct classification and rate at the point of work, so Intacct receives accurate burdened cost rather than a number that has to be corrected downstream.
Multi-entity integrity. Both platforms are multi-entity by design. Labor captured in Findd lands in the correct entity in Intacct without the cross-entity mapping headaches that usually come with distributed, multi-site workforces.
Margin and labor-efficiency visibility. Because the labor data is clean and dimensional, finance and ops are finally looking at the same numbers — labor as a % of revenue or COGS, by job, by site — instead of an ops version and a finance version that never match.
