Instant notifications with documents
Send WhatsApp notifications to customers immediately after transaction creation along with the required document attachments. A dedicated WhatsApp button on the transaction screen allows users to directly send messages to customers from within Sage Intacct.
Flexible message templates
Create different WhatsApp messages for different transaction stages to keep communication clear and relevant. Users can define notification messages for all transaction types, configure separate templates for specific transactions or reports, and choose whether to send only messages or include report attachments as well.
Easy setup
Choose which transaction screens, e.g. Invoices and Orders, should trigger WhatsApp notifications through a dedicated Notification Assignment UI. The integration also allows users to store Sender ID and Token details related to WhatsApp registration. You can easily set up a verified WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) connected to your Meta Business Manager.

Requirements:Integrating with this application requires you to use the partner’s SenderID. By using the partner’s SenderID, you do not need to buy a web services developer license from Sage and your API usage will not count towards your API performance tier. Sage may prevent customers from integrating with this application under their own SenderID.
Users will need to purchase Sage Intacct Platform Services in order to use this integration.
