With the Sage Intacct Module you can generate a suggested Direct Debit collection list directly from your invoice data within Sage Intacct. Once ‘posted’ it produces a Bacs request file (in your Bacs providers specific format) and at the same time automatically generates AR receipts and matches them to the invoices, saving hours and sometimes days in processing time.
The module will also deal with both AUDDIS and ARRUD files meaning less work for you in setting up new mandates and processing rejections.
The software also allows businesses to restrict which individuals and IP addresses have access to specific data, providing greater security for your business operations.
Flexible secure access for individuals
With the Direct Debit module for Sage Intacct, you can restrict or allow access for individuals based on their role’s requirements. Members of your team can be granted permission to only access specific parts of the app or be given the ability to perform certain actions. This improves security for your business by ensuring that the right people have access to your data.
Location security restrictions
As well as restricting access for individuals, the app also offers businesses the ability to lock down access to certain IP addresses. With this feature, you can control where people access your software and ensure that highly secure data is only available, for example, on the office network. Set up multiple companies
The Direct Debit Module for Sage Intacct allows users to create multiple companies which can reflect certain areas or parts of the business. For example, a company could be created for the UK side of the business as well as one for Europe which will allow you to keep payments from different areas separate. Each company is linked to an entity within Sage Intacct. Settings within the app will also allow you to further configure the company to filter on particular criteria for example, annual or monthly collections.
