This is one of our most exciting new developments to date! Now you can migrate virtually all of your historical data from QuickBooks® Desktop into the AP and AR sub-ledgers of Sage Intacct®. This unique process allows for a few revolutionary benefits our space has not experienced before in a standard offering!
- All of a company's historical data populating the AP and AR sub-ledgers and General ledger, allowing for better reporting across multiple modules in Sage Intacct®.
- The company can now retire its legacy system with more confidence; no longer needing to keep access to the legacy software for reference.
- The process is designed for the client company to interact with its accounting data as if it has been operating within Sage Intacct® for the entire active migration period. (currently for QB desktop and MAS 90 only)
Sage Intacct Instance, Ability to export appropriate reports from legacy system
Platform Transition was founded in 2005 as a financial management company for several privately-held ventures in North Carolina. Previously known as The Financial CoPilot, Platform Transition (PT) started its relationship with Sage Intacct in 2014 as a customer, when PT searched for a better financial and accounting system to the 13 QuickBooks Online instances that it was managing for just one of its affiliated companies. PT became a Sage Intacct Accountant Partner that year, and through its implementation experience, developed The Multi-Dimensional Data Conversion Solution™(MDCS). MDCS was the first and only detailed data conversion solution that functioned in a Multi-Entity environment. PT began serving the Sage Intacct Accountant Partner channel in mid-2014, became the preferred data migration subcontractor for Sage Intacct in early 2015, and became a Sage Intacct Marketplace Partner in early 2016.
The rebranding of the company as Platform Transition in 2018 seeks to focus on our continued expansion of services of transition processes to Sage Intacct, not only with detailed historical GL and sub-ledger data migration but a growing number of data modules in Sage Intacct.
