ProcureDesk is a procure-to-pay platform for finance teams that run Sage Intacct. It covers purchase requisitions, budgets, approval workflows, purchase orders, receiving, invoice capture and three-way matching, payments (ACH, checks and virtual cards), and virtual and physical company cards. An AI agent codes and reviews invoices before submission, and a mobile app lets teams approve requests and record receipts from anywhere.
ProcureDesk connects directly to Sage Intacct through the Web Services API. Vendors, GL accounts and dimensions sync from Sage Intacct, budgets are checked against those dimensions before a PO is approved, and approved POs and bills sync back to Sage Intacct.
