Grants manager staff can create payments in Fluxx, which automatically creates a new payment in Sage Intacct. The vendor, transaction, and status information are sync'd in Sage Intacct, real-time, as updates are made in Fluxx. Once that payment is made in Sage Intacct, the Fluxx transaction record is updated with a Paid status and other transaction detail. The data that flows between the two systems is configurable.
