    CRM-Powered Transportation Management

  • Revenova has created an integration between TMS and Sage Intacct.  This integration consists of sending customer/vendor account, customer invoice, vendor bills and credit memos to Sage Intacct using the Sage web service APIs.  Customer and Vendor payment information is also pulled from Sage Intacct and loaded into the TMS.  

    This integration allows our customer to determine when customer/vendor account, customer invoice, vendor invoice and credit memo information is ‘eligible’ to be sent to Sage Intacct. This information is sent using individual batch jobs which push the information to Sage Intacct via the Sage Intacct web service APIs.  Each of these jobs is scheduled to run on a nightly basis. 

    Key Benefits:

    1. The integration is an automated process.  There is nothing for our customer to do.  No job to run, no buttons to click the integration occurs as part of the users normal workflow.
    2. Invoice and Bill information is pushed to Sage Intacct when the information is ‘eligible’.  Eligibility is determined by the customer.  Each customer can configure what makes a invoice/bill eligible.
    3. Error tracking, should an error occur in the transfer of information the error is recorded and the customer can ‘resend’ the transaction by simply clearing the transaction status.
    4. Both AR and AP payment information is pulled into Revenova which allows users who are not Sage Intacct users to see the status of a customer’s credit balance or a vendors billing status while in Revenova.

    The field information pushed to Sage Intacct for account, invoice, bill and credit memo information is configurable through a mapping interface.  Any field defined in Revenova (packaged or custom) can be mapped to a field defined in the Sage API. 

    Revenova TMS works with any customer regardless of the size of the customer.  The volume (number of transactions per day) pushed to Sage Intacct is based on the number of loads/shipments our customer are processing in a given business day and not the number of users. Customers are brokers in the Transportation Management industry or Shippers.

     

    Requirements:

    Integrating with this application requires you to use the partner’s SenderID. By using the partner’s SenderID, you do not need to buy a web services developer license from Sage and your API usage will not count towards your API performance tier. Sage may prevent customers from integrating with this application under their own SenderID.
