1. Handle repetitive back-office work that requires coordination between the job site and general ledger. Agents read vendor invoices, code them to the correct job and cost code, coordinate approvals, gather receipts, and prepare billings. The results post to Sage Intacct as clean transactions you can trust.
2. Provide real-time visibility into project status. Agents continuously gather the key information that lives outside the ledger (e.g., in email, project management tools, and conversations with field staff). Accounting sees major risks, costs in flight, accurate budgets, a real-time WIP report, and open questions early rather than at close.

• Pull bills from email already coded to job, cost code, and GL account, with budget impact shown before anyone approves.
• Compile the monthly WIP in your format, with cost-to-complete and narrative straight from the field, then roll it into revenue and cash forecasts.
• Track COIs and lien waivers against each subcontract and hold bills until the vendor is compliant.
• Generate AIA progress billings, draws, and T&M invoices from approved costs.
• Push approved AP bills, purchasing and subcontract invoices, and credit card transactions to Sage Intacct when you close the books. You decide what posts and when.
