Alvys' Sage Intacct integration is a bi-directional, API-based financial bridge that eliminates manual data entry between operations and accounting. It syncs customers, vendors, invoices, bills, credit memos, and payments between Alvys and Sage Intacct in near real-time, with scheduled payment status sync back into Alvys for operational visibility.

• Export of AR Invoices, AP Bills, and Credit Memos from Alvys to Sage
• Inbound Payment sync (Sage → Alvys) on a schedule
• Customer and Vendor sync with search-and-link to prevent duplicates
• Configurable GL account mapping by subsidiary 
• Dimension mapping (Alvys fleet/subsidiary → Sage location/department/class)
