Sage Intacct remains the system of record for accounting, while project teams manage contracts, commitments, and changes in Constructable.

Projects, customers, vendors, cost codes, cost types, and prime contracts flow from Sage Intacct into Constructable, so every job starts with the right structure. Executed subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and budget modifications created in Constructable sync to Sage Intacct automatically. AP bills, AR invoices, and general ledger journal entries flow back into Constructable, giving project managers up-to-date job costs without asking accounting.

Because Constructable is built AI-native, the data that reaches Sage Intacct starts out cleaner. The Constructable Agent turns uploaded subcontractor and owner invoice PDFs into draft invoices, builds schedules of values and budgets from your existing files, and answers project questions using the same financial data that's in Sage Intacct.

The integration connects directly to your Sage Intacct Construction company through OAuth 2.0 and the Sage Intacct REST API, with Sage Intacct webhooks for event-driven updates. No import or export files are involved.
