Ontraccr acts as the operational system of record for project execution, workforce management, and field data capture, while Sage Intacct remains the financial system of record.

The integration synchronizes (two-way) core operational data, including customers, projects, cost codes, vendors, and equipment profiles, between the two systems. It also transfers approved operational transactions such as time cards and purchase orders from Ontraccr into Sage Intacct (one-way).

This ensures field teams can capture data directly in Ontraccr while accounting teams maintain accurate financial records in Sage Intacct without duplicate data entry.

 

Requirements:

Integrating with this application requires you to use the tech partner’s SenderID. By using the tech partner’s SenderID, you do not need to buy a web services developer license from Sage and your API usage will not count towards your API performance tier.

Using this integration also requires that you purchase Sage Intacct Construction.
