Step 1: Connect to your Sage Intacct account
Provide your Sage Intacct Web Services sender ID and password to us. Then create a special user for Aimsio in your Sage Intacct environment. We’ll handle the rest!
Step 2: Test it out
Once connected, you’ll have access under the Integrations page on Aimsio’s sidebar.
Step 3. Import data from Sage Intacct
You’ll be able to import the following fields from Sage Intacct into Aimsio:
Step 4. Schedule your future imports
Schedule the above data to be automatically imported every morning or to be triggered manually.
Step 5. Push invoices to Sage Intacct
In Aimsio, select all of the invoices you want to export, right-click, and select “Push to Sage Intacct”. Once your invoices have been successfully sent to Sage Intacct, you’ll see their status change to “Exported”.
Step 6. View everything in Sage Intacct
Find everything you just pushed back to Sage Intacct by logging into your account.

Offline Capabilities
To use Aimsio, all you need is at least one person in the field with an iOS or Android device and at least one person in the office with a computer and access to the internet. The person in the field does not need to be connected to internet; Aimsio is meant for teams working on job sites where wifi or service is unavailable. The Aimsio app will run offline so that data can still be captured.
