FI.SPAN has created an embedded app within Sage Intacct. The FI.SPAN app allows you to manage your entire payables process from a bank-branded experience from right within your Sage Intacct account.
Once you download the application, you will be able to pay your bills, select the payment method (e.g. ACH, Wire, EMT, etc.) and have a real-time message sent back to you when the bill is successfully paid. The FI.SPAN application will automatically mark that bill as closed and the history page will show all transactions paid via the application. Furthermore, you will also be able to access a payments method page that enable you to add vendor payment details.
With the FI.SPAN app you can eliminate the tedious and time consuming manual processes that are holding you back!
Customers can make bill payments from within Sage Intacct without having to log onto their online banking portal - saving time and automating the process.
Users will receive updates on each bill payment directly within Sage Intacct. You will gain greater visibility into the payments process and ensure any issues are immediately flagged and can be solved.
Customers can see which users paid which bills allowing for clear levels of accountability within Sage Intacct regarding bill payments.
Customers obtain multiple new payment methods - ACH, Wire payments, EMT, etc.
New use cases will be released and deployed with no work required for the customer. For instance, by partnering with FI.SPAN, Sage Intacct users can, in the future, have access to services such as integrated receivables and positive pay.
Sage Intacct Web Services, Sage Intacct Platform Services, and Payables. The plugin will work on any browser and any O/S system.
