Integrated Commerce Solutions (ICS) integration with Sage Intacct automates payments by using the Sage Intacct APIs to pull approved Bills, mark them as retrieved for card payment, integrating the payment requests with the financial institution and/or their payment processor, receiving payment confirmation and reconciliation data, using the Sage Intacct APIs to mark those bills as paid. This eliminates the need to pay those vendors by check and all associated manual processes and costs, while leaving the control of who gets paid when to the client.
