  • ProForm is an easy-to-use, software module built upon Sage Intacct’s accounting platform specifically developed for commercial specialty contractors and subcontractors who manage contracts which require American Institute of Architects (AIA) Billing. ProForm simplifies the billing process by making it easier and more efficient for contractors to incrementally invoice for work completed on large scale projects with multiple milestones or long timelines. Starting with the creation of a new project, users can enter and manage a detailed Schedule of Values, retainage and percent complete on projects. When you are ready to bill, ProForm generates the required AIA G-702 and G-703 styled forms.

    Requirements:

    Integrating with this application requires you to use your SenderID and buy a web services developer license from Sage. Your API usage will count towards your API performance tier. Sage may prevent customers from integrating with this application under the partner’s SenderID. 

    Using this integration also requires that you purchase Sage Intacct Platform Services, Order Entry and Basic Project Tracking (Project dimensions).
