1. Employee Dimension – Proliant/Sage Intacct integration will create and update the Sage Intacct Employee Dimension with Proliant’s RPO employee demographic data. No need to maintain and update employee information in multiple systems, as all changes are passed in real-time. With your employee data being integrated into Sage Intacct, you can re-use this data for more cross-platform reporting and insights with other Sage Intacct solutions.
2. General Ledger – Proliant will create and pass payroll and accrual journal entries to your Sage Intacct general ledger in real-time across multiple dimensions of your choice. More granular dimension options will create more impactful insights.
3. Expense Management  (NEW!)– Regardless of which Sage Intacct integrated expense management provider you utilize, Proliant retrieves all approved expenses in Sage Intacct and incorporates them into Proliant for payroll processing.  No need to waste time cutting manual checks or preparing a separate ACH file, include reimbursed expenses directly on the employee's next paycheck.
4. Timesheets (NEW!) – Proliant pulls hours from the Sage Intacct timesheet module and uses for payroll processing.  Before payroll is processed in Proliant, users have the option to import hours from approved timesheets in Sage Intacct and use such hours for payroll processing.
5. Dimension Updates (NEW!) – Want to add a new location or other cost center in Sage Intacct and have those updates integrated with your HCM?  No problem!  Proliant leverages the mapping established for the payroll general ledger integration to update our HCM data with any changes made in Sage Intacct.
