Atlas integrates with Sage Intacct to help streamline customer’s accounting data entry. By setting up the connection to the company's Sage Intacct file, Atlas will import General Ledger accounts and some dimensions for setup, as well as create posting batch journal entries in Sage Intacct. The transaction and profile-level detail remains in Atlas, while corresponding daily entries made in Sage Intacct are made through the integration.
The Atlas AMS integrates with Sage Intacct to help streamline customer’s accounting data entry. The integration is used to import General Ledger accounts and dimensions for setup, and then to post transactions entered into Atlas as journal entries to Sage Intacct. Each invoice line item, payment, and adjustment made in Atlas is mapped to accounts in Sage Intacct, with line items also being mapped to Departments and Locations based on the user’s configuration in Atlas. These mappings are configured by the user in Atlas, and then used to create journal entries each day, for each account/department/location as a balanced journal entry. These journal entries are created by the user creating a batch and posting it to Sage Intacct through the AMS interface.
