TopBuilder began with a goal of accelerating construction business growth by providing the same technology advancements that had become standard across other industries. Founder Dave Knowles wanted to provide a single platform where  specialty contractors, general contractor and home builders could manage every aspect of their business and store documents in a centralized location.
